Making his Mark at ICA

Mark Baldwin and Chef Erik Evans took their annual pilgrimage to the ICA Cater Arts conference which was held in Louisville, Kentucky. This is the 4th year of the conference and Mark’s 3rd as a presenter.

This year Mark was asked to participate in the Opening Night Party as well as a Mixology Class. As always, he carried the standard for the hard-working catering chef, the unsung heroes of the culinary world.

As always, Mark did a great job presenting to a large audience.
